This is the “traditional” model. We come to your place of business and learn, then go back to our office to discuss, think, draw and write. We then come back to you, share our work and learn more, and keep going through this cycle until we have given you what you need. This mode of delivery is usually most suited to short and medium duration assignments that require periodic, but not continuous, communications and observation at your site. Examples might be preparation of a strategic facilities plan, the conduct of a feasibility study, or the execution of a real estate transaction.

In this model, we become “embedded” in your organization. We work on your site, and possibly carry your company’s business card, for the duration of the assignment. We can use your phones and computer network, or bring our own. To the extent it serves your needs, we become one of you. This model works best for assignments where you require very frequent interaction with us, or continuous communication with and observation of activities on your site. Management of design and construction activities, or an ongoing change management program, might best be delivered via this model. We call this “premium” staffing because we deliver much more than just a skilled individual to your site. Most of our on-site services are staffed with experienced Spectrum Strategies personnel already qualified in “the Spectrum Way” that has made our people successful.
